The crusher pulley is 8 1/4" diameter. Since the drive shaft on The Barley Crusher is only 3/8", finding a pulley that is 8 1/4" with a 3/8" shaft size is big dollar$$$.

While I was stirring my mash, there was a broken, thin o-ring in the mash. I pulled it out. It's about an inch in diameter, and it's thin and very flexible.
